About these terms

These terms form an agreement between you and Sim2Funded ("Sim2Funded", "we", "us"). By buying a challenge or using our services you accept them. Please read them together with the trading rules, refund policy and privacy policy, which form part of this agreement.

Our services

We provide crypto trading evaluations ("challenges") and simulated funded accounts. All accounts are simulated and all instruments are cryptoassets. No trades are executed in a live market and no capital is allocated to you. We are not a broker, exchange or custodian, we don't hold your funds or cryptoassets, and we don't provide investment, financial or tax advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and not be resident in a restricted country. You are responsible for making sure our services are lawful where you live.

Free trial accounts

Free trial accounts are provided at no charge for practice. You don't pay anything and no payment details are collected. Trial accounts follow the trading rules, last 14 days, can't be passed or funded and don't earn rewards. We may end a trial early if it's misused, and we may limit trials to one per person.

Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your login details secure, and use your accounts yourself. One person may not use another person's account, and accounts may not be shared, sold or managed by a third party.

Fees and payment

Challenge fees and add-on prices are shown in USD before purchase and paid once, in cryptocurrency only (USDT, USDC, BTC or ETH on the networks listed at checkout). The amount of crypto due is set by the rate shown at checkout. Cards and bank transfers are not accepted. You are responsible for sending the exact amount on the correct network; network fees are yours to pay. A fee buys an evaluation; it is not a deposit and does not fund a trading account. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Trading rules and breaches

Each account is subject to the trading rules in force when it was purchased. An account that breaches a rule is closed. We apply the rules to the data recorded on our systems.

Prohibited practices

You must not use any practice listed as prohibited in the trading rules, or any method that exploits the simulated environment, price feed or platform. We may void profits made using a prohibited practice, close affected accounts and refuse future service.

Funded accounts and rewards

If you pass a challenge and complete identity verification, we offer you a simulated funded account under a funded-trader agreement. Rewards are a performance payment calculated from your simulated profit at your profit split. They are paid by Sim2Funded in stablecoins (USDT or USDC) to a wallet you control and have registered to your verified account, and are not investment returns, wages or a share of any real trading profit. Blockchain transfers are irreversible; we are not responsible for rewards sent to an address or network you supplied in error. Rewards are subject to review against the trading rules before payment.

Identity verification

We verify your identity before issuing a funded account, and may request further information at any time to meet legal obligations or prevent fraud. We may refuse or suspend service if verification can't be completed.

Intellectual property

The Sim2Funded name, logo, website, dashboard and content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission, except as allowed in our brand guidelines.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, show signs of fraud or abuse, or that we're required to close by law. You may stop using our services at any time.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided as they are. Platforms and price feeds are supplied by third parties and may occasionally be unavailable or inaccurate. Trading leveraged products is high-risk; see our risk disclosure.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses caused by platform or data-feed outages outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes apply to accounts bought after the change; we'll notify existing funded traders of material changes by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
